This page explains how to submit a clear notice about material shown in NudeChat’s discovery layer and how source-platform matters are routed.
Scope of a notice
A notice should identify the exact NudeChat URL, explain the alleged illegality, identify the relevant jurisdiction and provide contact information sufficient to respond. Requests about an underlying Chaturbate account or broadcast may also need to go to the platform that controls it.
Review and routing
Route a notice about NudeChat’s own page, index or editorial material through Contact. NudeChat can review the specified URL, restrict or remove its own representation, and preserve the information it actually controls when legally required. A notice about a live stream, Chaturbate account, chat, payment or platform-hosted media must also be sent to Chaturbate through its official support or reporting process. Notices that are incomplete, knowingly false, abusive or unrelated to a specific URL may not be actionable.
