NudeChat Terms of Use
These terms cover the NudeChat discovery website. Separate Chaturbate terms apply when you use the embedded or full interactive service.
Adults and lawful use
You may use NudeChat only if you are at least 18, have reached the age of majority where you live, and may lawfully view adult material. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access internal systems, or republish performer material.
Two service contexts
NudeChat provides navigation, localized content and room presentation. Chaturbate supplies the underlying streams and the full-room account, chat, token and payment functions. Using those functions is subject to Chaturbate’s current terms; NudeChat does not replace or rewrite them.
Content, availability and responsibility
NudeChat’s branding, interface, software and editorial material may not be copied, modified or redistributed except where law permits. Performer names, imagery, room subjects and streams remain subject to the rights and rules of their respective owners and the Chaturbate-powered platform. A directory link does not grant permission to record or republish a broadcast. Live status, room details and external services can change or become unavailable without notice. NudeChat may correct, suspend or remove its own pages and does not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular model’s availability, or the accuracy of changing third-party room data. Use of the site is at the visitor’s own risk to the extent permitted by applicable law. NudeChat is not responsible for accounts, tokens, payments, chat messages or broadcaster services operated by Chaturbate. Do not use NudeChat to harass performers, impersonate another person, collect profile data abusively, introduce malicious code, evade technical controls, overload the service or violate intellectual-property, privacy or other rights. Questions about a NudeChat-controlled page can be routed through Contact. Chaturbate-powered features remain subject to Chaturbate’s current terms and Community Code of Conduct.
